How can we make a change??

Everyone in Pakistan now a days is blaming the government for this condition. I don't understand who are we to blame anyone, what have we done for Pakistan, are we ready to make a change, No! we are not, we see things going wrong but we don't chnage them, why cause it doesn't make a difference in our life that no matter who is living who is dying, we all have become so selfish that we see things going wrong we also feel sorry for the situation but no one is trying to change....
